$8.50 for urban NZ addresses, rural delivery $15

If you have provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout please let us know as soon as possible. We can amend your address before products have been dispatched. Once they have been sent you will need to contact your local courier depot with tracking details and your address change request.

Our custom made wooden products are lovingly made in by Char in Central Hawkes Bay, and Staci stocks all our stunning Eat, Play & Baby items in the Deep South. If you have ordered a custom piece this may be sent separately to your other purchases. Don't worry you will only be changed for shipping once!

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Goose & Magoo does not accept refunds for changes of mind.
However if your product is faulty or not as per your order please contact us with your details
and reason for return and we will work with you to rectify the order.

 

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately and we will refund or replace (if stock is available) your product once we have received the returned product.
